Expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1α, IL-8 and TNF-α was induced and prolonged in wounds treated with CLP 2605-4. Expression of IL-1α (A), IL-8 (B) and TNF-α (C) was assessed by qPCR on days 5, 7, and 10 post-treatment. The remaining text will be keep the same (see attached pdf and word version).
