The MTT assay depicte the inhibitory concentrations for the K562 cell line in vitro.Varying doses of curcumin (A) and curcumin-loaded nanogel (B) were administered to K562 cells for 24, 48, and 72 h. Cell viability was analyzed by MTT assay. Treatment with curcumin and curcumin-loaded nanogel significantly decreased viability in K562 cells (*P < 0.05) compared with the control (untreated K568). Data are expressed as the mean ± SD.
