ExoPAC inhibits proliferation of drug-sensitive and drug-resistant cells. (A) Drug-sensitive (A549) and drug-resistant (A549TR) cells were treated with Exo, ExoPAC and FA-ExoPAC and compared with Abraxane. Antiproliferative activity was determined by MTT assay after 72 h.
