8 TRCs resolution genes are significantly overexpressed in the proliferation molecular subgroup in MM. Expression of 8 TRCs resolution genes in patients of the 7 MM molecular subgroups of the TT2 cohort (Arkansas, newly diagnosed MM patients treated by High dose therapy (HDT) and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT), n = 345). Affymetrix microarrays expression box-plots were defined using GenomicScape web tool (http://www.genomicscape.com accessed on 23 July 2021. PR = proliferation, LB = low bone disease, MS = MMSET, HY = hyperdiploid, CD1 = cyclin D1 and cyclin D3, CD2 = cyclin D2 and cyclin D3, MF = MAF.
