Data collection and analyses per patient in PANFIRE-III. Biopsies from primary (P) and metastatic (M) tissue will be analyzed using flow cytometry, histopathology/immunohistochemistry (IHC), and proteomics. Blood samples will be analyzed using flow cytometry. Imaging will be performed by ceCT, FDG (¹⁸F-FDG) PET-CT, and PD-L1 (¹⁸F-BMS-986192) PET-CT. Pain scores and quality of life scores will be evaluated by validated questionnaires.
