Forced expression of ZNF677 potentiates TRAIL-induced apoptosis in PTC cells. BCPAP and TPC-1 cells were stably transfected with either empty vector or ZNF677 cDNA. Stably transfected cell lines were treated with TRAIL (10 ng/mL) for 48 h. (A) Cells were stained with fluorescein-conjugated annexin-V and propidium iodide (PI) and analyzed by flow cytometry.
