Endotoxemia was induced in C57BL/6 mice by an intraperitoneal (IP) injection of LPS (20 mg/kg). (A) D5W or 40 mg/kg PMB equivalent D-TZP was administered intraperitoneally as a mixture with LPS (n = 5 per group). (B) D5W (n = 8), 40 mg/kg PMB equivalent D-TZP (n = 10), or TZP (n = 8) was administered intraperitoneally, immediately after the LPS challenge.
