The authors wish to note the following: “Regarding Fig. S10 in the data supplement accompanying the paper, it has been brought to our attention that the flow cytometry plots representing the negative control panels for analysis of spleen cells in unengrafted Rag2-γc mice (A and B) represent duplicated images. The original data files for these experiments are no longer available. Isotype controls were presented in Figs. S10 D and E, S11, and S12. The duplicated images in panels A and B could represent either isotype controls that were mislabeled, or improperly duplicated negative control plots. The overall conclusions drawn from Fig. S10 are unaffected, as evidence for engraftment of lymphoid populations is corroborated in multiple panels. The authors regret the error in figure preparation and appreciate the opportunity to respond.”
