Incucyte images of SW620 cells incubated with the vehicle (negative control), 3, 10, and 30 µM of DW-8 for 72 h, followed by staining with Incucyte Cytotox Green. The green fluorescence was significantly increased by 10 and 30 µM of DW-8, compared to cells incubated with the vehicle or 3 µM of DW-8.
