TLC analysis of the products generated by TlXyn30A xylanase from glucuronoxylan (GX), rhodymenan (Rho), and arabinoxylan (AX). After 24 h, TlXyn30A was heat-denatured and then the mixtures were treated with β-xylosidase for 24 h (lanes denoted by βX). Note a remarkable change in the products generated from GX and Rho upon the β-xylosidase treatment, in contrast to a resistance of the oligosaccharides generated from AX (marked by an asterisk).
