GSK3β inactivation regulates visfatin-induced changes in intracellular mechanics in human primary chondrocytes. Human primary chondrocytes were pretreated with DMSO or DIF-3, a GSK3β activator, for 1 h and then kept as controls (CL) or treated with 5 μg/mL of visfatin (Vis) for 4 h.
