Histopathology of dedifferentiated liposarcoma. (A) Abrupt transition from well-differentiated liposarcoma (WDL)/atypical lipomatous tumor (ALT) to high-grade non-lipogenic sarcoma is seen. (B) Multivacuolated lipoblast can be seen in the WDL/ALT area.
