Abbreviations are as follows: RaT = residents as teachers; EBCP = evidence-based clinical practice; CC = continuity clinic; SDL = self-directed learning including developing a morning report, contributing to teaching talk repository, and completing reading for future sessions; PRACTICE = consultant on outpatient, subspecialty, or inpatient practice, implementing EBCP, RaT, wellness, and feedback skills.
