Permutation analysis of the differences in SNR for aggregate mutation data. The distribution of the difference in signal to noise ratio (SNR) values for 100 random permutations of the aggregate MSS and MSI data. Permutations preserve the difference in the number of mutations between the MSS and MSI data.
