A 48-year-old female who developed a tender pulsatile mass in the right groin one day after coronary angiography using right femoral access. (A,B) Contrast enhanced CT angiography shows a 2.9 cm narrow necked right femoral artery pseudoaneurysm (long arrow). (C) Turbulent flow and the characteristic “to-and-fro” sign are evident on ultrasound. Four hundred IU of thrombin was injected into the pseudoaneurysm under ultrasound guidance with good result.
