(A) There were multiple other injuries including unstable spinal injuries, bilateral pulmonary lacerations, pneumohemothoraces and pneumoperitoneum (notched arrows). This patient responded well to conservative management and therefore did not require endovascular intervention as per multidisciplinary team consensus.
