● CD8⁺PD-1⁺ T cell is increased

● No tumor response to anti-PD-1 Ab

● HCC is induced by activated CD8⁺ T cell (CXCR6⁺FOXO1^low PD-1^high CD8⁺ T cell)

● PD-1 antibody promotes HCC incidence through increased CD8⁺PD-1⁺ T cell
