Sulforaphane reduced cisplatin-induced hearing loss and hair cell damage in rats in vivo. A: The auditory brainstem response thresholds increased less, the shifts were statistically significant, including 4, 8, 16, 24, 32 kHz, and broad-band clicks, when the rats were injected with sulforaphane before cisplatin as compared to rats injected with cisplatin only (***p < 0.001; n = 60 ears).
