Representative time-lapse imaging of centrinone- vs. DMSO-treated PLB-985 cells, corresponding to Figure 1. Cells are migrating on either 10 μg/mL fibronectin or in a 1.5 mg/mL collagen I matrix towards an fMLP gradient (0.5 μM) in a microfluidic device. The frame rate is 10 frames per second. Images were acquired every 30 seconds for 45 minutes. Cells were labeled with Calcein AM. Scale bar 200 μm.
