Luciferase CRISPR control and GM130 KO3 PLB-985 cells +/- centrinone migrating on 10 μg/mL fibronectin towards an fMLP gradient (0.5 μM) in a microfluidic device. The frame rate is 10 frames per second. Cells were labeled with Calcein AM. Images were acquired every 30 seconds for 45 minutes.
