Because of the interactions between donor type, use of PTCy, and other variables of interest in each analysis, composite variables were for the CMV serostatus analysis and CMV DNAemia analysis. These composite variables also served as the main effect variables analyzed in their respective multivariate analyses that examined them with respect to the other variables of interest.
