Verification of mPlex-Cov assay: The binding profile (MFI) of spike (S) and nucleocapsid (N) proteins coupled to Luminex beads reacting with monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. The antibodies were serially diluted based on the concentrations recommended by manufacture manual. The heatmap displays the average median florescence intensity (MFI) of duplicate wells using the representative dilution for each antibody listed.
