Posteroanterior 2-view chest radiograph on 5/10/21: diffuse extensive bilateral airspace infiltrates remain with possible associated effusions more prominently in the left. Heart, mediastinum, and osseous structures are intact. Interposition of the right hepatic flexure above the liver above the hemidiaphragm is demonstrated (Chilaiditi's sign).
