Milestones of ACT. A brief summary of some landmark achievements in ACT development history with a focus on engineered T cells for treating gynecologic malignancies from the year 2006 to 2021. Significant events include: (1) pioneer treatment of metastatic melanoma by TCR-T and B cell lymphoma by CAR-T; (2) the first or the fastest progressing clinical trial of engineered T cells in different gynecologic tumors; (3) the acknowledgement of CAR-T, TIL and IL-15 products by FDA.
