Disinfection test of lycorine. A Schematic representation of the disinfection test. After sequentially incubated at 37 °C for 1 h and passed through MicroSpin S-400 HR column, the mixture of eGFP-CHIKV and 10 μmol/L of lycorine was inoculated into Vero cells. The eGFP expression was detected under a fluorescent microscope at 24 hpi (B). The eGFP-CHIKV only was used as a control. The length of the scale bar (displayed in a red line segment) represents 100 μm. At least three independent experiments were performed, and one representative experiment was presented.
