The BEM-FMM approach. The incident E-field of the TMS coil is used to solve the surface boundary charges to satisfy the boundary conditions. The total E-field is then obtained as the sum of the incident E-field and the secondary E-field created by the surface charge density residing at the conductivity boundaries.
