No variation in the number of PNGS found in Env since the beginning of the epidemic. The median number of PNGS found in circulating Env sequences was compared over time and across subtypes. Data sets of circulating sequences were compared to the RV217 and RV144 cohorts; sequences from RV144 vaccine and placebo recipients were analyzed separately.
