SNHG11 knockdown inhibits PCa cell proliferation, migration and invasion. (A) SNHG11 expression levels were increased in PCa tissues in comparison with those in normal tissues. (B) SNHG11 expression was significantly increased in PCa cell lines (LNCaP, C4-2, PC3, DU145) compared with normal prostate epithelial cell line (RWPE-1). (C) SNHG11 knockdown efficiency in PC3 and DU145 cells detected using RT-qPCR. (D) Colony formation assays suggested that the silencing of SNHG11 suppressed the conony-forming of PC3 and DU145 cells.
