Exosomal miR-125b inhibits migration and invasion abilities of HCC cells. Cell migration and invasion abilities were assessed by wound healing and transwell assays. (A) Percent (%) of wound area was determined as the ratio of average wound closure at a given time points (24, 48 hours) relative to the initial wound closure. (B) Numbers of migration and invasion cells were counted in indicated groups. (C) RT-PCR results displayed reduced mRNA expression levels of MMP-2, MMP-9, and MMP-14 in recipient HCC cells treated with Exo-125b compared to those in cells treated with Exo-NC.
