Relative abundance of a Enterobacteriaceae, b Clostridiales sorted by old- and young-age microbiota, comparing standard MNP and the low-iron MNP over baseline and endpoint time-points. The relative abundance of Enterobacteriaceae was slightly higher at endpoint in the standard MNP-Old microbiome age group than in the low-iron MNP old-microbiome groups (p = 0.076). Low-iron MNP-old microbiome age group had higher relative abundance of Clostridiales at endpoint than in the standard MNP old-microbiome age group (p = 0.028)
