Effects of Boi, CBF or FDS47 on the levels of inflammatory cytokines in mice. Boi (boiled), CBF (compound bacterium fluid) and FDS47 (fermented Danshen sequence 47). The levels of IL-6 (A), IL-1β (B) and TNF-α (C) in serum of DSS- induced UC mice were detected using ELISA Kits. The levels of IL-6 (D), IL-1β (E) and TNF-α (F) in the colonic homogenate of DSS-induced UC mice were detected using ELISA Kits. All groups (NC, Boi., CBF, FDS47) were statistically analyzed with the DSS group. The FDS47 group and other groups (Boi., CBF) were statistically analyzed from group to group. (Data are expressed as means ± S.E. ^#p > 0.05, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001).
