Participants	Population: All residents of the three participating supportive inner‐city housing facilities who received service in the 16‐month study period
Interventions	Intervention:
	Inner City Access Programme, which combines supportive housing services and health care for homeless, underhoused, and marginalised populations using the shelter system

Outcomes	Cost or cost‐effectiveness: Participating in the programme was associated with a 60% decrease in average cost per client (US$5,357 vs $2,159)
