132 RLC treatment sites (between 6 and 31 in each jurisdiction), 296 unsignalized non‐camera comparison sites (around 40–50 in each jurisdiction) similar to RLC sites and 408 signalized non‐camera reference sites (to calibrate safety performance functions and investigate spillover, 34–86 in each jurisdiction) |
