Interventions Intervention (sample size):
Intervention group (N = 53): 100 g of biscuits fortified with one RDA levels of vitamin A, iron, folic acid, vitamin C and iodine was provided for all working days during 4 months (total 75 days of supplementation)
Control (sample size):
Placebo (N = 54): 100 g of biscuits furnishing 497 kcal and 11.36 g of protein per day were provided to the control group for 4 months
