(a) A vertically mounted hair phantom was imaged with the oblique illumination along the xz plane to measure the inclined angle more precisely. (b) The original B-scan image profiled the orientation of the oblique beam. The inclined angle was calculated to be 47.8 deg after linear fitting by the least squares method. (c) The real orientation of the object was recovered by implementing a proper shear transformation to the original B-scan image.
