Qingda granule (QDG) induces change of gene expression profiles. After 2 weeks of treatment of AngII and QDG, the abdominal aorta was collected and detected the DEGs (|fold change| ≥ 2 and p < 0.05) by RNA sequencing of AngII compared to Control (A) and AngII + QDG compared to AngII (B).
