Phospholipid interaction of TIX‐5 variants. (A–C) Phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine:phosphatidylserine:phosphatidylethanolamine, 60%:20%:20%) were immobilized on an L1 chip, and 100 nM TIX‐5 was passed over the immobilized phospholipids for 200 s, upon which the TIX‐5‐containing buffer was replaced by buffer only.
