The T2 transgenic has Sr13 transformed into a Fielder background. The T4‐3102 and T4‐771 lines are ethyl methanesulfonate mutants of Kronos carrying premature stop codons in CNL13 (Zhang et al., 2017) and thus loss of function of Sr13.
