Figure S4. Src Y527F induced Tyr45 phosphorylation of endogenous lamin A in LMNA^+/+ HeLa cells, but not in the LMNA^−/− HeLa cells.

The cells were transiently expressed with (+) or without (−) GFP-Src Y527F. Lamin A was immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-lamin A/C or pre-immune serum (IgG) as the control. The immunonocomplexes were analyzed by immunoblotting (IB) with anti-lamin A pY45 or anti-lamin A/C. An equal amount of whole cell lysates was analyzed by immunoblotting (IB) with anti-GFP or anti-actin.
