KLK8 promoted pancreatic cancer cells proliferation via the activation of the PI3K-Akt-mTOR pathway. Mia-paca-2 and Panc-1 cells in Lv-KLK8 group were treated with PI3K inhibitor LY294002(75 μM), Akt inhibitor Deguelin (500 nM), mTOR inhibitor Rapamycin (100 nM) or Notch inhibitor RO4929097 (10 μM) in Mia-paca-2 and Panc-1 cells. (A, B) Cell proliferation was detected by CCK8 Assay in Mia-paca-2 (A) and Panc-1 (B) cells. (C, D) Colony formation was detected in Mia-paca-2 (C) and Panc-1 (D) cells.
