The effect of HFD-feed on ZDF rats. Rats' body weights (A) and fasting blood glucose (B) were measured on weekly basis. The levels of fasting plasma insulin (C), triglyceride (D), cholesterol (E) and FFA (F) were measured after 4 weeks feeding. The data of each group of rats (n=5 per group) are represented as mean±SD.
