A significant downregulation of pro-inflammatory processes involving neutrophils and an alteration in the RNA metabolism are observed at D8 while, later during the course of the trial, a significant upregulation of Treg processes is documented (Fisher's exact statistical test was performed using Enrichr to cluster transcripts into GO BP terms).
