(B) Origin and termini copy numbers in anaerobically growing Zm6N. Samples at an early stationary phase were collected about 1 h after the culture reached a plateau of its growth curve. Samples at late stationary phase were collected abo8 h after the culture hit the plateau. All time points at growth phase are three biological replicates, while two biological replicates at an early stationary phase and 5 biological replicates were made for a late stationary phase.
