In a multivariable model (Nagelkerke R2=0.767) including total infarct growth and other variables associated with outcome in univariable analyses, total infarct growth and older age independently decreased the odds of 90-day good outcome. The odds of good outcome are decreased to 94.6% per cc or 57.6% per 10cc of total infarct growth.
