Quantitative real-time RT-PCR analysis of time-course expression of OsMEK2 in rice leaf sheaths in the compatible and incompatible interactions of rice with Magnaporthe oryzae. Rice leaf sheaths were sampled at different time points after inoculation with virulent and avirulent M. oryzae PO6-6 and 007, respectively. OsMEK2 expression was analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR. Relative gene expression of OsMEK2 at each time point was calculated by normalizing with respect to expression of the internal control OsUbiquitin gene.
