Surface expression levels of MIF receptors CXCR2, CXCR4, and CXCR7 of (B) M-MDSC and (C) G-MDSC were detected by flow cytometry. The population of IL-10-releasing (D) M-MDSC and G-MDSC in tumors were analyzed by flow cytometry. Significance differences (*p<0.05, **p<0.01, and ***p<0.001) among the different groups are shown in the related figures, and the data are presented as the mean±SEM of mice (n=5).
