MCM5/HDAC1 complex led to poor prognosis in lung cancer patients. Sixty-one clinical lung cancer tissues were collected and used to analyze MCM5, HDAC1, and E-cadherin expression, as well as their effect on survival rate. (A) Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect MCM5 and HDAC1 expression in lung cancer tissues at different clinical stages. (B) MCM5 expression in lung cancer patients. (C) HDAC1 expression in lung cancer patients. (D) E-cadherin expression in lung cancer tissues at different clinical stages. (E) E-cadherin expression in metastatic and non-metastatic lung cancer. (F) Kaplan–Meier plots of the overall survival rate of patients with lung cancer having low (blue) or high (red) MCM5/HDAC1 levels. *P < 0.05.
