(B) Accumulation of tivozanib in HEK293/pcDNA3.1 cells and the ABCG2-transfected cell lines ABCG2-482-R2, ABCG2-482-G2 and ABCG2-482-T7. Cells were pretreated with or without 2.5 or 5 μM tivozanib for 2 h, then incubated with 0.1 μM [³H]-paclitaxel or 0.1 μM [³H]-mitoxantrone for another 2 h at 37°C. The bars represent the mean ± standard deviation of triplicate determinations.
