Testing should occur in those with: • COPD • Incompletely reversible asthma • Unexplained bronchiectasis	Testing should occur for those with: • Unexplained chronic liver disease • Necrotizing panniculitis • Granulomatosis with polyangiitis	Testing should be offered to: • Parents, children, siblings, and extended family of an individual with an abnormal gene
