Digestibility of samples was assessed in vitro at 37 °C. Glycerol was used as the internal standard. Digestibility (%) = {[( I a / I b ) S aS b ] / ( I a / I b ) S a }×100. Peak areas are represented by I a (internal standard sample before treatment), I b (internal standard sample after treatment), S a (sample before treatment), and S b (test sample after treatment).
